Rather, drilling into niche audiences and offering them high-quality, reliable content is the way to attract qualified users, he said.


PBS chronicles life in the 'digital nation' – with a dose of UGC

Digital Nation is an open source PBS project that explores life in the digital world. The project consists of a documentary (in production and due to be broadcast this winter) and a microsite, where unedited footage is posted along with user-submitted videos, photos and comments.
